Privacy & Cookies Policy

How The Legacy of Bert Foundation collects, uses, and protects your personal data, and how cookies are used, across bert.global and the $BERT community.

Last updated: 18 June 2026

🐾 In short

We keep data collection to what we need to run the site and talk with our community. We never ask for or store your private keys or seed phrases, and we will never have access to your wallet. On-chain activity is public by nature and outside our control. This policy explains the rest in plain terms.

This Privacy & Cookies Policy explains how The Legacy of Bert Foundation ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data, and how cookies and similar technologies are used, in connection with the bert.global website (the "site") and related community activities.

We aim to process personal data in line with applicable data protection laws and good international practice, including GDPR-level standards where they apply.

01 Who we are (data controller)

The Legacy of Bert Foundation is a foundation company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, responsible for the $BERT brand and the bert.global website. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, the Foundation acts as the data controller.
